A multi-million pound redevelopment creating five minimalist apartments from an imposing 1960's town house, Artesian Property Partnership commissioned Nelson Associates to market their dramatic vision.
Treating the property as a brand, all design evolved seamlessly from the building’s fine materials commencing with a marque that appears hewn from Portland stone. Nelson Associates collaborated with acclaimed fashion photographer Chris Brooks and, in homage to German artist, Thomas Demand, shot dramatic interior features as works of art, an iconic aesthetic that permeates the website, advertising and coffee table book showcasing the apartments.
