We are delighted to announce that fashion designer Osman Yousefzada has appointed Nelson Associates to produce new promotional literature to promote the Osman brand. The studio’s clothes apply a signature ornamental minimalist style whilst embracing perfect tailoring for which they are known. Executive Offices Group operates 36 premium business centres at prestigious locations across London, the UK and Paris. The referral campaign allows existing customers to select from a choice of rewards for the introduction of a new customer. Rewards include dinner at celebrated French chef Hélène Darroze’s Connaught restaurant, Mayfair’s Aman Spa and a case of Laurent-Perrier vintage champagne amongst many others. This year’s promotional activity included a bound postcard pack and poster campaign.

Exterior image of the minimalist luxury development in Marylebone we’re currently finalising. Working with photographer Chris Brooks, this image of 10 Queen Anne Street was captured on the balcony of a Harley Street surgery situated directly opposite. The development of five apartments includes a Penthouse with prices starting from £3 million to £5.5 million. Nelson Associates have been commissioned to produce all promotional material.
